Beirut-based artist Melissa Bou Chaaya shows the relation between flowing colors brought together to express an inner deep joy, and a space of contemplation and communication with the spectator.

Bou Chaaya depicts the power of colors through her works, which are brought to life to create patterns found throughout the natural world.

Melissa Bou Chaaya: Lebanon; Melissa Bou Chaaya, born in 1994, currently lives and works in Lebanon. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in 2015 and completed her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in 2018. Following her academic journey, she found her calling in the abstract world.
